By applying at Capsicum Culinary Studio, you have secured the opportunity to become one of a growing pool of our more than 6 000 graduate alumni, working at top hospitality establishments both locally and globally. At Capsicum we pride ourselves on seeking to ensure that our Graduates are the industry’s preference and most widely sought-after culinary professionals.

In order to finalise your online application process, please complete and submit both the application form as well as settle the non-refundable fee of R1000 to reserve your place. Once your application form submission and payment have been processed, a confirmation notice will be sent to you, and you can then register for the programme of your choice. Kindly note that final registration will be contingent on your meeting the required minimum academic criteria for the course you select, further information in this regard is available on our website or can be obtained by liaising with one of our friendly and knowledgeable campus student advisors.
